12. 14-09-2018 On the last date this matter was adjourned giving time to the learned counsel for the petitioner to get instruction in view of the statement made in the supplementary show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 5 showing that the petitioner has already been paid his entire dues in terms of the order of this court. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite his efforts he could not get connected to his client and as such he is unable to get any instruction in the matter. In the aforesaid condition, this court finds no reason to keep this contempt application of the year 2013

This application is dismissed as having become infructuous.

In case, the petitioner will have any grievance with regard to compliance of the order, he may file his petition in this case itself bringing the matter to the notice of this court.
