The Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jalalgarh P.S. Case No. 67 of 2015 registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 323, 353, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is contended that except Section 353, all the sections are bailable. It is further contended that police has found the case untrue and had submitted final form exonerating accused persons vide Annexure-2. However, cognizance has been taken by the Court below against the petitioners.

No.18461 of 2016 (2) dt.05-05-2016 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from today in Jalalgarh P.S. Case No. 67 of 2015, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand Rupees) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section (2) of Section 438 of the Code of criminal Procedure.
