This petition is filed for restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 43127 of 2013.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of illness of learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner could not appear on 07.04.2017.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the restoration petition is allowed and accordingly Cr. Misc. No. 43127 of 2013 is restored to its original file but, the order of stay dated 04.04.2014 is vacated.
