Leaned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that inadvertently he has mentioned in the prayer portion of the bail petition 'to the satisfaction of ADJ-VII Madhubani' whereas it should be 'ACJM- III Jhanjharpur, Dist. Madhubani'. Therefore, the same has been incorporated in the order dated 5.9.2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to make necessary correction in the prayer portion of the bail petition during course of the day.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the order dated 5.9.2018 is modified to the extent that in last paragraph of the said order in place of "to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J. VII, Madhubani", it should
