The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Complaint Case No. 715 of 2012, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 323 of the Indian Penal Code. The complainant Sangita Devi made allegations against her husband and other family members that they assaulted her on account of non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and also subjected her to different sorts of torture.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present complaint case was filed on 14.06.2012. The complainant after three weeks of the present case filed Akbarpur P.S. Case No.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1109 of 2015 (2) dt.12-01-2015 154 of 2012 on 04.07.2012. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners was dismissed in Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 154 of 2012 on the ground that the investigating officer did not find the case true against the petitioners. The husband was also granted regular bail vide Annexure-4 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43311 of 2012 on 30.10.2012. The petitioners are in-laws of the complainant. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioners are in-laws of the complainant, the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Complaint Case No. 715 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
