====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE HARISH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02-02-2024 Heard Mr. Devendra Prasad Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Alok Anand, learned counsel for the Munger University.

2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that though certain substantive amount has been paid to the petitioner under the different heads of retiral benefit(s) but no calculation chart has been produced and, as such, the petitioner is facing difficulty in ascertaining as to what amount has been paid to him under which head(s) and what was his entitlement.

3. At this juncture, learned counsel for the University, submits that the admissible amount under the heads of Gratuity,

Patna High Court CWJC No.12745 of 2023(5) dt.02-02-2024 2/2 Group Insurance and Leave Encashment have been paid to the petitioner. That apart, the petitioner has also been getting pension.

4. In view of the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the University to furnish all the calculation chart to the petitioner, showing payment of admissible dues under different heads, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

5. It is made clear that, in case, any amount found due or not paid to the petitioner, he would be at liberty to file an appropriate representation before the respondent no.3, the Registrar, Munger University, Munger, who shall ensure the payment of remaining dues, preferably within a period of six weeks from the filing of such representation.

6. Needless to observe that in case of any defiance of the order, the petitioner shall be entitled to get the statutory interest over the delayed payment.
