According to prosecution case itself, the alleged occurrence took place on 09.06.2014 but the first information report was lodged on 18.06.2014.

The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that there was land dispute between the parties and much prior to filing of the present case, the father of the petitioner filed complaint case no. 2031 of 2014 against the informant and other family members and in retaliation to the above stated case, the informant has lodged this present case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13738 of 2015 (2) dt.21-05-2015 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Purnea in connection with Tikappati P.S.Case No. 66 of 2014.
