The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in Rajeev Nagar P.S. Case No. 05 of 2016 registered for the offence under Sections 420, 406, 467 & 468 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. I have perused the F.I.R. and material on record.
