The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Sadar (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 151 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The petitioners are in-laws of the informant. The informant made allegation against Md. Azam Raza that he happens to be maternal brother of his second wife. Md. Azam Raza use to come to his house established physical relations with his daughter Atiya Parveen, later on marriage was solemnized.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no specific allegation of assault or demand of dowry is made against the petitioners.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that Md. Azam Raza and Atiya Parveen loved each other, thereafter, marriage was solemnized, the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Sadar (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 151 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
