The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Mashrak P.S. case No. 271 of 2018 registered under Section 406, 419, 420/34 of the IPC.

The gist of the allegation is that petitioner took Rs. 3,05,000/- from the informant for treatment of his parents but he did not return the money.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner returned the entire money and the informant filed this case only on account of the fact that informant lost election of Mukhia and he suspected that petitioner did not caste his vote in his favour.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of

No.53653 of 2019(2) dt.27-08-2019 2/2 allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/ surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Saran at Chapra in connection with Mashrak P.S. case No. 271 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
