The accusation against the petitioner is that he pushed three girls in flesh trade and the aforesaid girls were recovered from the house of petitioner.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the recovered girls have not made any allegation against the petitioner and moreover, some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court. Taking into consideration the aforesaid submissions as well as this aspect of the matter that the victims, being major opted to indulge themselves in flesh trade, let the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/_ (ten
