This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 447, 341, 323, 376, 379, 385, 504 and 511/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Both sides are agnates and they are not pulling well, which would be evident from the statement of the witnesses as well as the annexures of the previous cases. In the aforesaid background allegation is that the petitioner attempted to outrage the modesty of the informant, when she had gone to attend the call of nature and for that reason the accused persons committed assault and theft of ornaments.
Submission of the petitioner is that false allegation is there just to pressurize in the land dispute
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11031 of 2017 (3) dt.04-05-2017 2/2 between the parties.
Considering the background of allegation, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 111 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
