The victim specifically stated in her statement recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C that she invited the petitioner and thereafter eloped along with petitioner and subsequently, solemnized her marriage with the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class Muzaffarpur in connection with Katra P.S.Case No. 129 of 2014.
