Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No.659 of 2017, registered under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation in the FIR is that the informant's daughter eloped with Jitendra Manjhi, son of the petitioner, and got married and before that she was impregnated by the petitioner and gave delivery of a boy child but later on Jitendra Manjhi and his father used to level false accusation against the daughter of the informant that child was not fathered by Jitendra Manjhi and one day the one year child was found missing and Jitendra Majhi disclosed that he had killed the child and thrown the dead body in a well and the dead body was recovered.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27420 of 2018(4) dt.27-07-2018 2/2 Submission is that the petitioner has been implicated being father of Jitendra Manjhi but the petitioner used to live separately as the petitioner had married with the informant's daughter though he was already married and having children and the specific accusation is against Jitendra Manjhi and on his disclosure, the dead body was recovered.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Ganesh @ Ramesh Manjhi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No.659 of 2017.
