No doubt, the petitioner carries criminal antecedent of four cases but he is languishing in jail custody since 18-10-2014 on the accusation that a country-made pistol along with two cartridges are said to have been recovered from his conscious possession.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Delha P.S.
