This application has been filed for quashing the order of cognizance dated 02.09.2015 passed in Sessions Trial No.245 of 2015, arising out of Riga P.S. Case No.19 of 2014 by the A.C.J.M., Sitamarhi for the offence under Sections 341 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
