The petitioner seeks bail in Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 39 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 413, 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Informant is the police officer who in his written complaint has stated that he received secret information that two persons are riding on a stolen motorcycle. He alongwith other police officials reached the place of occurrence and after seeing the police party the two persons boarded on the motorcycle tried to flee away were apprehended and disclosed their name as Sintu Kumar(petitioner) and Santosh Kumar. Police demanded ownership documents but the petitioner and co-accused were unable to produce any valid document of ownership.

No.31632 of 2018(4) dt.13-08-2018 2/2 It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that one of the co-accused namely Santosh Kumar has already been granted regular bail vide order dated 23.04.2018 by the trial court as stated in para 11 of the petition. It has been further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 17.02.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, IVth, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 39 of 2018.
