2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Katra P.S. Case No. 24 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the marriage of the deceased was solemnized with son of the petitioner on 03-05-2023. Her husband and in-laws demanded cash of Rs. 2,00,000/- On 1402-2024, the accused persons killed his daughter. The husband of the deceased informed the informant regarding the death of the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59759 of 2024(2) dt.28-08-2024 2/2 that he is father-in-law of the deceased. They have no concern with day-to-day affairs of the couple. He has falsely been imnplicated in the prewsent case merely because he is father-inlaw of the deceased. As a matter lf fact, the deceased died due to heart problem and the husband is in custody. The petitioner is in custody since 08-04-2024.

5. Learned counsel appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Muzaffarpur (East) in connection with Katra P.S. Case No. 24 of 2024 subject to the condition that the petitioner will appear in the court below on each and every date till framing of charge.
