JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-10-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.That this petitioner has filed the instant writ petition invoking the extra writ jurisdiction of this Hon'ble Court for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or directions including a writ preferably in the nature of Mandamus, commanding and directing upon the respondents to allow the 50% amount of family pension, gratuity, provident fund, etc. of her husband (Respondent No.4), who has to be retired from October, 2022 because the petitioner is living separately alongwith her only son namely Shashank

Patna High Court CWJC No.14469 of 2022(2) dt.20-10-2022 2/2 Anand Sinha without obtaining any divorce."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file a fresh representation before respondent no.1 i.e. the General Manager, Central Organisation for Railway Electrification, Allahabad, (U.P.). Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed by the petitioner for redressal of the aforesaid grievances within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and disposed off by a reasoned order within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
