The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 394 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. There is specific allegation that he assaulted the informant on her back portion with spade causing injury on her shoulder. The doctor also found swelling injury on the shoulder and advised for x-ray, but the x-ray report was not produced. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is co-sharer of the informant and on account of land dispute the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16757 of 2015 (2) dt.06-05-2015 2/2 shoulder causing injury, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
