Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363,365 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Sections 302,201,120(B) of the Indian Penal Code were added.
The FIR of the occurrence of kidnapping of the son of the informant is against unknown.
Submission is that name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused. The petitioner was never put on T.I.Parade, though he is in custody since 20.03.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36267 of 2018 (4) dt.25-08-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid material, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kasba Police Station Case No.203 of 2017, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
