Public Prosecutor for the State.

The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that injured of this case was not a trained mistry and, as a matter of fact, while he was doing some work on transfer, he got electrocuted as a result of which he sustained injury, though injury is said to be simple in nature. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of the fact that petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 5.2.2015, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur in Laukhi P.S. Case no. 13/2015.
