The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 166 of 2016, registered under Sections 363 and 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of kidnapping the daughter of informant by this petitioner with the help of other family members.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, marriage of the petitioner was settled with the daughter of the informant but later on, due to some reason, informant did not want to perform the marriage of his daughter with this petitioner, on which, daughter of informant left her house and perform the

No.5841 of 2017 (2) dt.20-03-2017 marriage with this petitioner, this fact has been stated by the daughter of informant in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and her age has also assessed as 19 years at that time. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of them Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 166 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
