JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-02-2026 Heard Mr. Anand Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner; Mr. Sanjay Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant and Mrs. Sharda Kumari, learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 307 of 2024, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It has been informed that the dispute between the parties could not be resolved through the process of mediation and a report dated 30.10.2025 to that effect has been submitted by the learned Mediator, which has been kept at Flag "A".

4. In view of the subsequent development and the seriousness of the offence committed by the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on pre-arrest bail.

5. However, the petitioner, if so advised, may avail appropriate remedy in accordance with law.

6. Accordingly, the present application stands disposed of.
