2. The present application has been filed for modification of condition no. (i) contained in the order of this Court dated 26.10.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12285 of 2016 in terms of which the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner had been confirmed.

3. It is submitted that pursuant to the earlier order dated 17.03.2016 granting provisional anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 12285 of 2016, the petitioner has duly executed bail bond and one of the bailors was a close relative of the petitioner, namely, Smt. Seema Jain, being the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13497 of 2017 (2) dt.08-04-2017 sister-in-law of the petitioner. In that view of the matter, it is submitted that the final order dated 26.10.2016 confirming the provisional anticipatory bail with the condition at para 6(i) of the said order requiring a close relative of the petitioner to be one of the bailors stands already complied with.

4. In that view of the matter, the condition in para 6(i) of the order dated 26.10.2016 in Cr. Misc. No. 12285 of 2016 is treated as complied with.
