The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Chapra R.P.F. Case no. 1866 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143 of the Railway Act.

The case was lodged for black marketing of railway ticket against Bir Bahadur Yadav and from his possession different tickets were recovered. The name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of Bir Bahadur Yadav.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16094 of 2015 (2) dt.28-04-2015 2/2 receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Sonepur, Saran in connection with Chapra R.P.F. Case No. 1866 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
