ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 27-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Opposite Party No. 2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 2103 of 2012 for the offences registered under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code.
In pursuance of the earlier order passed by this Court, the petitioner as well as the opposite party no. 2 are present in person.
It appears from their submissions made in Chambers today that the dispute between the parties has already been resolved and they are living together in harmony. As such, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6906 of 2017 (5) dt.27-04-2017 surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate - 1, Purnea in connection with Complaint Case No. 2103 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
