ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 05-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are in custody since 11.07.2019 in connection with Complaint Case No.C-2/445 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the alleged recoveries of liquor were not made from the conscious possession of the petitioners.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55182 of 2019(2) dt.05-09-2019 2/2 on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.
