In compliance of the order of this Court, dated 10.08.2016, The District Provident Fund Officer, Patna, is present along with the original records relating to submission of application by the petitioner for withdrawal of the provident fund amount in order to make out a case that
Patna High Court CWJC No.4962 of 2015 (5) dt.23-08-2016 2/2 the said application (withdrawal form) was deposited more than six months after the petitioner retired on attaining the age of superannuation.
It is an admitted fact that the General provident Fund amount has been paid to the petitioner. No further amount is required to be paid to the petitioner, for which a direction is required to be issued by this Court in the present proceeding.
