JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 13-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 181 of 2015 registered for offences punishable under Sections 448,341,323,354,504,506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is contended that altercation appears to be due to the fact that marriage of the daughter of the informant could not be solemnized with the petitioner no. 3. There is allegation of abuse and assault but there is no injury.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18735 of 2016 (2) dt.13-05-2016 2/2 case, let the petitioners, namely, Md. Mosim, Md. Asim, Md. Asif, Md. Chand and Md. Ali Imam @ Aliman @ Ali Imam be released on bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from today in Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 181 of 2015, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand Rupees) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section (2) of Section 438 of the Code of criminal Procedure.
