Referring to Annexure- 3 and 4 learned counsel for the petitioners submits that earlier the case of the petitioners was dismissed as withdrawn in view of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the governing body of the college but thereafter, the

Patna High Court CWJC No.24557 of 2013(3) dt.08-08-2018 2/2 governing body of the college has not honoured the undertaking made in the counter affidavit. He submits that in the changed circumstance, the writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach the competent authority for the purpose of payment of salary as per undertaking of the governing body of the college in the counter affidavit in C.W.J.C. No. 1980 of 2011.

With the aforesaid, liberty to the writ petition is disposed of.
