The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 29 of 2014 registered under Sections376, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. According to statement of informant, she being adult lady, solemnized her marriage with the petitioner by her own sweet will and after that, she established physical relationship with the petitioner.
The grievance of the informant is that when after solemnization of marriage, she went to her in-laws house, she was not allowed to enter her in-laws house and after sometime, the petitioner solemnized his second marriage.
Taking into Considering the above-said facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51872 of 2014 (2) dt.05-01-2015 2/2 event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioner named-above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 29 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
