2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hajipur Nagar P.S. Case No. 157 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366A, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 and 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that she eloped with the petitioner and got married with him. The petitioner is in jail since 23.03.2024.

4. Learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59737 of 2024(3) dt.26-10-2024 2/2 of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 6th District and Session Judge-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Hajipur at Vaishali/concerned Court in connection with Hajipur Nagar P.S. Case No. 157 of 2024.
