1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State of Bihar and learned counsel for the B.N.Mandal University.

2. The petitioner has filed the instant application praying for a direction to the respondents to make payment of unpaid arrears of difference of salary from the period 6.9.1992 to May, 2010.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the contents of the petition, the writ application is disposed of directing the Registrar, B.N.Mandal

Patna High Court CWJC No.12268 of 2013(5) dt.10-10-2023 2/2 University (respondent no.5) to pay to the petitioner the admitted amount under the head of difference of salary within a period of three months on receipt of a copy of this order. Along with the arrears of salary, the respondent University shall also provide a copy of calculation chart to the petitioner within the aforesaid period.

4. The writ application stands disposed of.

5. In case the University finds that no amount is found payable to the petitioner and the admitted amount has already been paid, information with respect to the same along with the calculation chart will be provided to the petitioner within the aforesaid period.
