The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 395 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner carries four cases over his head and he is in jail custody since May, 2013. Allegation has been made that no T.I.P. has been conducted.

Looking to the period of custody, let petitioner, Vikash Ram, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari in Motihari (M) P.S.
