JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE) Date: 25-01-2017 The petitioner has sought quashing of the order dated 25.11.2014 whereby, the State has directed to engage four Human Resource Agencies for providing human resource against the various posts in the Municipal bodies.

In terms of the grievance raised, the State has cancelled the contract of four Human Resource Agencies vide communication dated 09.03.2016 in view of the violation of Section 37(10) of the Bihar Municipal Act, 2007.

In view of the said fact, we find that substantial

Patna High Court CWJC No.103 of 2015 dt.25-01-2017 2/2 grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. The other argument raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that on account of giving contract to Human Resource Agencies, public funds have been squandered away.

The question as to what extent the public funds have been wasted or not, are for the State to verify and after conduct of an enquiry.
