Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the writ petition may be disposed of with the liberty to the petitioners to file detailed representations before the respondent no.5 (The District Magistrate, Supaul) annexing all the relevant documents in support of their claims within a period of four weeks. If the petitioners file representations within the aforesaid period, the respondent no.5 (The District Magistrate, Supaul) is directed to dispose of the same within a period of six months from the date of filing of such representations.

3. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
