The Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147, 148, 149, 302, 379 Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Considering the counter version of the occurrence which was earlier in time explaining the entire circumstances, it is ordered that in the event of surrender/arrest of the Petitioner Nos. 1 and 2, namely, Suresh Yadav & Dharani Yadav @ Dharnidhar Yadav, within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No.136 of 2013, they shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of `5,000/- (five
