Petitioner seeks bail in Roshanganj P.S. Case No.10 of 2013 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147, 148, 149, 353, 427, 379, 302, 124(A), 120(B) of Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of Arms Act, Section 17 of C.L.A. Act and Sections 3, 4, and 5 of Explosive Substance Act pending in the Court of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Gaya. Petitioner is accused in a serious case of blasting of the police jeep in which several police officers and one civilian were killed. He is named in the First Information Report. From para 3 of the bail petition, it appears that petitioner is accused in 12 other cases of serious offence.

Prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is rejected at this stage.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 31.01.2017.
