The petitioner filed this petition for modification of the order dated 20.03.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 41035 of 2014. It appears that the petitioner was granted provisional bail vide order dated 20.03.2015 on certain conditions. The petitioner fulfilled all the conditions and he is living with his wife, on such assertions provisional bail was granted to the petitioner was confirmed on 02.09.2015. It appears that the petitioner never furnished bail bonds and it is sheer concealment of facts on the part of the petitioner that his bail bond was confirmed vide order dated 02.09.2015, on such I do not feel inclined to make any amendment in the order.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the modification petition is accordingly dismissed.
