The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 324, 307, 458/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner along with others caused knife injury to the brother of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation of assault is omnibus and general when only two injury of marginal size has been found. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13891 of 2015 (3) dt.05-05-2015 2/2 Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Bihpur (Jhandapur) P.S. Case No.3 of 2015, pending before the ACJM, Naugachiya. With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
