The petitioner seeks bail in Alamnagar (Ratwara OP) P.S. Case No. 109 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including this petitioner along with some unknown criminals committed murder of the husband of informant. It is further alleged that due to land dispute petitioner and family members had threatened the deceased in the past. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that informant is not eye-witness of the occurrence and due to land dispute between the parties petitioner has been made accused in this case. There is no direct or indirect material which shows the complicity of this petitioner in the alleged occurrence. Similarly

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67267 of 2021(2) dt.28-02-2022 2/2 situated co-accused have been granted bail by this Court. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 13.08.2020.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Alamnagar (Ratwara OP) P.S. Case No. 109 of 2020.
