The present application has been filed for cancellation of bail of opposite party no. 2, granted vide order dated 17.04.2012 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13410 of 2012 in connection with Nabinagar P.S. Case No. 150 of 2011 registered under Sections 323, 504, 384, 506, 379 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1)(x) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, pending in the court of learned CJM, Aurangabad.

The ground of cancellation is giving threat to the petitioner by opposite party no. 2 and used to pressurize the petitioner to withdraw the case.
