The petitioner wants to renew his prayer for bail which was earlier rejected vide order dated 28.05.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17658 of 2014 on the ground that now in the case charges have been framed and the petitioner is suffering in custody since 14.12.2013 to which the learned A.P.P. opposes. Considering that the petitioner was identified besides the informant by other witnesses also and as such this Court is not inclined to enlarge him on bail. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner is again rejected in connection with S. Tr. No. 339 of 2014 arising out of Piyer P.S. Case No. 142 of 2013 pending in the court of 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur. However, the
