2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under 304 ( B ) and 34 of IPC . 3 . The prosecution case in brief, is that daughter of informant was married with this petitioner, two and half years ago and after the marriage , she was subjected to cruelty and harassment by all the accused persons due to non-fulfillment of additional demand of dowry and ultimately , on 18.01.2024 , all the accused persons committed the murder of daughter of informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that petitioner is husband of deceased. From bare perusal of F.I.R. it is apparent that there is absolutely no allegation against this

Petitioner is in custody since 19.03.2025 . 5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case , case and counter case , period of custody and other circumstances of the case , prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM- III (West ), Muzaffarpur in connection with Kanti P. S. Case No. 52 of 2024 .
