The petitioner being mother of the husband of the victim apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant for non-fulfillment of dowry demand within one year of marriage.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation is not specific against the petitioner. The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15884 of 2015 (2) dt.16-04-2015 2/2 regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Samastipur Town (Muffasil) P.S. Case No.493 of 2009, pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur. With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
