2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rasulpur P.S. Case No. 129 of 2025 for the offences registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.
3. There is recovery of 8.100 litre foreign liquor from the motorcycle of the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is not involved in the trading of illicit liquor. There is no independent witness of the seizure-list which is violation of Section 103 of Bharatiya Nayana Sanhita, 2023. Petitioner has one criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 14.07.2025. Petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the trial.

5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties and facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Exclusive Special Excise Judge, Saran at Chapra in connection with Rasulpur P.S. Case No. 129 of 2025, subject to condition that if the petitioner further found indulged in selling of liquor his bail bond will be cancelled.
