The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 363,366 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant by co accused Bhavesh Kumar Yadav. The petitioner and one Md. Moshfique Alam assisted the main accused Bhavesh.

Since the victim has still not been traced, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Kadwa (Balia Belon) P.S. Case No. 12 of 2013 pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Katihar.
