2. The petitioner has invoked the writ jurisdiction of this Court claiming a direction to protect the life, liberty and property of the petitioner from the hands of antisocial elements who are bent upon to eliminate the petitioner to grab his business.

3. In the entire petition there is no averment as to who are the antisocial elements who want to take over the business of the petitioner. It has been asserted that local goons have eyes on the business of the petitioner.

4. The allegations are vague. It appears that the

5. I do not find any merit in the writ application. The same is dismissed.
