The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner hands over the Registration Certificate/Owner Book to learned counsel appearing for the opposite party no.2, who undertakes to hand it over to the owner of the vehicle.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Complaint
